Referring Doctor Login

Southeast Endodontics gives referring practices online access to their patients’ treatment records — reports, radiographs and case status — through our secure TDO portal.

What the portal gives you

• Treatment reports for patients you have referred, as soon as they are completed.
• Post-treatment radiographs, downloadable for your own records.
• Case status — whether a patient has been contacted, scheduled or treated.
• Our restorative recommendation, which on posterior teeth is nearly always cuspal coverage.

Requesting an account

1. Call the office on 235-213-0595 or email info@southeastendo.com with your practice name and the name of the doctor the account is for.
2. We set the account up on our TDO system and send your login details directly to the practice.
3. Sign in above. Access covers the patients your practice has referred to us, and nothing else.

You do not need an account to refer

The portal is for viewing records, not for making referrals. Referrals can be sent by phone, fax or email with no paperwork and no login — see what to include when you refer a patient.
